Health Tip - How to Stay Motivated for Your Workout?

Stay on Schedule

Sticking to a schedule is the possibly most powerful way to ensure that you won't skip a workout. Working out becomes a lot easier when it just becomes something you do naturally. Designate a block of time each day (or at least three times a week) when you'll drop everything and work out. It's a great way take some time for yourself, and nothing except for real emergencies should interrupt it.
