Health Tip - Joint Pain "When joint pain is a problem (not current injury related), regular exercise is essential to prevent joint deterioration from lack of muscle use, restriction of movement, pain and excess weight gain. Consider exercising gently (not to the point of injury) to build strength in the weakened, not currently injured joint."
