Greatly reduce or eliminate processed or refined foods, such as, refined breads, sweets, beverages, etc.
Increase whole grains, such as, brown rice, mildly cooked vegetables or raw vegetables, cut up in small pieces or if necessary blended in a food processor.
Decrease or eliminate sugar (instead use natural sweeteners, such as, Xylitol, Stevia, or Erythritol), salt (instead use Mrs. Dash, or other herbs or spices), coffee, alcohol, dairy products, coke, sweetened foods, and highly processed or refined foods.
Eat a large dark green salads daily with lots of chopped up raw vegetables, such as, red bell peppers, carrots, green onions, zucchini, etc., a diet of 50% or more of raw fruits and vegetables.
Take a multi-vitamin / multi-mineral with breakfast and/or lunch.
Do mild aerobic exercises, such as, walking two miles a day, or three miles every other day.
